StreamVault IPTV – operated by StreamVault Technologies (EU representative office). These terms govern your use of our IPTV service. By subscribing or accessing any content, you agree to these terms.

1. Legitimate Use Only

You agree not to use the Service to access, distribute, or view any content that infringes third-party copyrights. StreamVault only provides access to content that is either in the public domain, covered by redistribution licenses, or explicitly allowed by rightsholders. Any attempt to circumvent geo-restrictions or view unauthorized premium channels is prohibited.

2. Intellectual Property & Copyright Compliance

We comply with the EU Copyright Directive (CDSM) and national laws (including France's Hadopi/CREATIVE, Germany's UrhG, UK's Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988). If we receive a valid copyright infringement notice, we will immediately remove the reported content and terminate repeat infringers' accounts.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. StreamVault may suspend accounts used for illegal streaming activities.

4. Service Availability

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime, but temporary interruptions for maintenance or legal takedown requests may occur. No refunds for partial months due to legal compliance actions.

5. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland (EU). Any disputes shall be resolved in courts of Dublin. For UK customers, English law applies with jurisdiction in London.

Privacy Policy (GDPR)

We collect and process personal data only as necessary to provide our IPTV service and comply with legal obligations.

1. Data we collect

- Account info: email address (1085453796@qq.com for business correspondence), billing data (handled via PayPal/Stripe).
- Usage data: IP address, device type, stream access logs (retained 30 days for security & copyright enforcement).
- No sensitive personal data is collected.

2. Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6)

We process data based on contract performance (providing the IPTV service), legal obligations (tax/copyright laws), and legitimate interests (fraud prevention, network security).

3. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, and data portability. Requests: privacy@streamvault.example. You may lodge a complaint with your local EU DPA.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell or rent your data. We share data only with payment processors (PayPal), hosting providers (EU-based), and legal authorities if required by court order. No third-party advertising.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies only (session management). No tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in browser settings but some features may break.

6. Data retention

Account data retained until you delete your account + 6 months for legal obligations. Stream logs are anonymized after 30 days.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Since StreamVault provides digital IPTV services, refunds are granted under specific conditions to protect both consumers and service integrity. This policy complies with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU regarding digital content.

1. 14-Day Cooling-off Period (EU customers)

If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason, provided you have not started streaming any content. Once you stream any channel, you waive your 14-day right to withdraw (as permitted by law for digital content performed immediately).

2. Technical Faults

If the service is completely inaccessible for more than 48 consecutive hours due to our error, we will issue a pro-rated refund for the unusable period. Minor buffering or temporary service degradation does not qualify.

3. Non-refundable cases

- Subscription fees for partial months used.
- Violation of Terms of Service (e.g., sharing account for unauthorized access).
- Changes in content availability due to copyright compliance takedowns.

4. How to request a refund

Contact us at 1085453796@qq.com with your account email and reason. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed via original payment method within 14 days.
